Privacy & cookies
Last updated: 7 August 2026
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use www.onemoredayevents.com. The short version: we collect what you type into our enquiry forms so we can plan your day and reply to you, we don't run advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.
Who we are
One More Day Events — FILL IN BEFORE LAUNCH: legal name of the individual or company,
NIF/CIF, and registered address in the Balearic Islands, Spain.
Contact for anything in this policy: info@onemoredayevents.com.
What we collect, and why
Enquiry details. When you send the itinerary planner or contact form we receive what you enter: your first name, mobile number, email address, travel dates and group size if you gave them, anything you wrote in the notes, and the experiences you picked. We use this to prepare options and prices and to reply to you — in legal terms, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Where you found us. If you arrived from a link with campaign tags (for example from TikTok), we attach that to your enquiry so we know which of our posts are useful. This is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in understanding our own marketing; it identifies the link you tapped, not you.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Our activities have minimum ages set by the operators who run them.
How your enquiry reaches us
- WhatsApp — if you choose a WhatsApp reply, your device opens WhatsApp with your enquiry pre-written, and sending it is up to you. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.).
- Email — your enquiry is addressed to info@onemoredayevents.com.
- Form delivery — if our hosted form service is enabled, the enquiry is delivered to our inbox by FILL IN BEFORE LAUNCH: name your form provider (e.g. Formspree, Inc., USA) and link their privacy policy. They act as our processor and don't use your data for their own purposes.
Storage on your device
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. We use the browser's own storage for two small, practical things:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| omd_basket | localStorage | Remembers the experiences you've picked in the planner, so your selection survives moving between pages. | Until you clear it |
| omd_src | sessionStorage | Remembers which link brought you here, so it can be attached to your enquiry. | Until you close the tab |
| omd_consent | localStorage | Remembers your cookie-banner choice, if measurement tools are in use. | 12 months |
If we later enable measurement tools (such as Google Analytics or a TikTok pixel), they will only run after you agree via the banner, and you can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie choices" link in the footer.
Third-party content on our pages
Some things on this site load from other companies' servers, which means those companies receive your IP address and standard browser information when a page loads: Google Fonts (typefaces — Google Ireland Ltd.), Unsplash (photography), Pexels (the homepage video), and Open-Meteo (the sea & weather widget, which uses the coordinates of Mallorca, not your location). We link to Google Maps for directions; Google's terms apply when you open those links.
How long we keep things
Enquiries and the conversations that follow are kept while we're helping you plan and for up to FILL IN BEFORE LAUNCH: choose a retention period, e.g. 24 months — after your trip, in case you come back, then deleted. Invoicing records, if you book, are kept as long as Spanish tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email info@onemoredayevents.com and we'll respond within a month. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be flagged on this page.
