Terms & conditions
Last updated: 7 August 2026
These terms cover your use of www.onemoredayevents.com and the planning service we provide. Plain English throughout; the headings are part of the terms.
Who you're dealing with
One More Day Events — FILL IN BEFORE LAUNCH: legal name, NIF/CIF, registered address, and, if applicable, Balearic travel-intermediary registration number. Contact: info@onemoredayevents.com.
What we do — and what we don't
We plan days out in Mallorca and arrange bookings with independent, licensed local operators — boat charters, jet ski and quad tours, wineries, restaurants, clubs and drivers. The activities themselves are run by those operators, under their own licences, insurance and safety procedures. When you book, you enter into a contract for the activity with the operator; our role is arranging it and looking after the plan around it.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this site, including any "from" prices and the planner's indicative total, are guides only. Final prices depend on the date, group size, boat or machine, and season, and are confirmed to you in writing before you commit to anything. Nothing is booked, and nothing is payable, until you have accepted a written confirmation. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment
This website takes no payment and stores no card details. Payment terms — deposits, balances and methods — are set out in your written confirmation and may differ by operator. Club and beach-club tables may carry a minimum spend, which we confirm before you book.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation terms are the operator's and vary by activity and how close to the date you cancel; we tell you the applicable terms with your quote, before you confirm. Weather matters on the water: operators may cancel or reschedule activities for safety, in which case you'll be offered an alternative date or a refund of what you've paid for that activity. We recommend travel insurance that covers activity cancellation.
Your responsibilities
- Information you give us for bookings must be accurate.
- Activities carry minimum ages and health requirements set by the operators — for example, boat tours take children from age 3, and jet skis carry two riders. Tell us about anything that could affect participation (pregnancy, medical conditions, mobility) so we can check suitability before you book.
- Operators can refuse participation for safety reasons, including alcohol or intoxication, without refund.
- Follow the operator's safety briefing and instructions at all times.
Liability
We take reasonable care in selecting the operators we work with and in the accuracy of what we publish. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of the operators who run the activities, for weather, sea conditions or other events outside our control, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our own failure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
Content on this site
Some photography on this site is representative stock imagery rather than photos of the specific cove, venue or vessel described; we're replacing these with our own photography over time. Venue names (including nightclubs) are used to describe where we can book tables; their trademarks belong to their owners and no endorsement is implied. Site content is ours or licensed to us — please don't reuse it without asking.
Complaints, law and disputes
If something isn't right, email info@onemoredayevents.com and we'll do our best to sort it quickly. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available as required by Balearic consumer regulations. These terms are governed by Spanish law; disputes go to the courts of FILL IN BEFORE LAUNCH: your municipality, e.g. Palma de Mallorca — or, if you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, the courts your consumer law gives you. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
