The short version: we collect what you enter into our enquiry forms so we can plan your day, build itineraries and reply to you. We only load analytics and advertising tools if you grant permission, you can withdraw that permission at any time, and we never sell your data.
1. Who we are
One More Day Events is an event planning, day itinerary and excursion booking platform operated in Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears, Spain.

2. What we collect, and why
Enquiry & itinerary details. When you complete our itinerary planner or contact form, we receive the information you provide: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, travel dates, group size, selected experiences and custom notes.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use this data strictly to prepare recommendations, check availability, calculate pricing and communicate with you.
Direct marketing & future updates (optional). If you opt in via our contact forms to receive promotional updates, we may send you occasional recommendations, seasonal itinerary guides or special event offers.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email or contacting us directly.
Campaign & referral source. If you reach our website via a tagged link (for example from TikTok, Instagram or an affiliate site), we record the referral source alongside your enquiry.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This helps us understand which content and platforms drive interest. It identifies the marketing link tapped, not you personally.
Age limit. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age. Specific parties, excursions and activities listed on our platform carry minimum age requirements set by the operating partners.
3. How your enquiry reaches us
- WhatsApp — if you choose WhatsApp, your device opens the app with your enquiry pre-populated. Sending the message is entirely under your control. Use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.’s privacy terms.
- Direct email — enquiries sent to info@onemoredayevents.com are received directly within our secure corporate inbox.
- Form automation — hosted forms use secure automation tools (Zapier, Inc.) to route submissions directly to our inbox. Zapier acts as a data processor under strict contractual obligations and does not use your data for its own purposes.
4. Storage on your device (cookies & local storage)
We never load advertising or analytics tools before you agree to them. The items below are strictly necessary and are stored on your device whether or not you consent:

Analytics & advertising tools. If you agree via our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement), the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising) and the TikTok Pixel (TikTok advertising). These set their own cookies and allow those companies to recognise your device and measure or target advertising. Nothing loads until you agree, and declining changes nothing about how the site works. You can adjust or revoke your preferences at any time via the “Cookie choices” link in our website footer.

5. Third-party assets & services
To deliver a fast and responsive experience, certain assets load via third-party infrastructure. Where an asset loads from another company’s servers, that company receives your IP address and standard browser information:
- Media & visuals — Unsplash (photography) and Pexels (video content).
- Widgets — Open-Meteo provides localised sea and weather forecasts using fixed coordinates for Mallorca, not your individual geographic location.
- Maps & directions — links to Google Maps open externally; Google’s privacy terms apply when accessed.
- Fonts — website typography is served by Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
6. Payment processing & event operators (future updates)
Third-party ticket delivery. When you book a third-party event, party ticket or excursion through us, necessary details (such as lead guest name and group count) are passed to the specific activity provider solely to execute your booking.
Payments. When direct online checkout goes live on onemoredayevents.com, payments will be processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
7. Data retention & your legal rights
Enquiries & support. Active planning conversations are retained while assisting you and for up to 24 months after your trip date in case of follow-up enquiries, after which they are deleted.
Financial & booking records. Once direct bookings and invoices are issued, accounting records are retained for as long as required by Spanish and European tax regulations (typically 6 years).
Your legal rights. Under European and UK data protection law (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, request a restriction on processing, object to processing, or request data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@onemoredayevents.com. We respond to all valid requests within one month. If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — AEPD) at aepd.es.
