What we do — and what we don’t
We do two things. We publish free day guides and build free day-by-day itineraries for Mallorca, Bali and Phuket, and, through our concierge service, we recommend and arrange bookings on your behalf with independent, licensed local operators and venues — boat charters, jet ski and quad tours, wineries, restaurants, beach clubs, clubs, tables, guestlist and drivers — in those places and in Ibiza.
The activities and venues themselves are run by those operators, under their own licences, insurance and safety procedures. When you book, you enter into a contract for the activity or the venue with that operator; our role is arranging it and looking after the plan around it.
The free itinerary is just that: free, with no obligation to book anything at the end of it.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this site, including any "from" prices and the planner's indicative total, are guides only. Final prices depend on the date, group size, boat or machine, and season, and are confirmed to you in writing before you commit to anything. Nothing is booked, and nothing is payable, until you have accepted a written confirmation. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our charges.
Currency. Everything we arrange is priced and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Where the site shows a figure in another currency it is an approximate conversion for guidance only, calculated from a rate we update periodically and shown with the date it was last checked. The sterling figure is the one that binds. The amount your bank actually takes will depend on its own exchange rate on the day, and most cards issued outside the United Kingdom add a foreign transaction fee, typically around 2–3%. That fee is charged by your card issuer, not by us, and we have no control over it.
Some costs in your itinerary are not ours at all — museum entry, parking, public transport, food and drink. You pay those directly to whoever provides them, in the local currency, at whatever they charge on the day. We show them in local currency for that reason and any figure we give is indicative.
Payment
This website takes no payment, holds no reservation and stores no card details. There is no checkout on this site and none is planned.
Free guestlist is free: you give us the names and that is the end of it, with nothing to pay to us or on arrival for the listing itself. Guestlist places depend on availability and are set by the venue; they can change or close for busy nights and special events, and a guestlist place does not guarantee entry.
Anything with a price attached is arranged directly with us, by WhatsApp or email, after we have come back to you with the figure for your dates and your group. Payment terms — deposits, balances and methods — are set out in your written confirmation and may differ by operator. Club and beach-club tables may carry a minimum spend, which we confirm before you book.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation terms are the operator's and vary by activity and how close to the date you cancel; we tell you the applicable terms with your quote, before you confirm. Weather matters on the water: operators may cancel or reschedule activities for safety, in which case you'll be offered an alternative date or a refund of what you've paid for that activity. We recommend travel insurance that covers activity cancellation.
Your responsibilities
- Information you give us for bookings must be accurate.
- Activities carry minimum ages and health requirements set by the operators — for example, boat trips take children from age 3, and jet skis carry two riders. Tell us about anything that could affect participation (pregnancy, medical conditions, mobility) so we can check suitability before you book.
- Operators can refuse participation for safety reasons, including alcohol or intoxication, without refund.
- Follow the operator's safety briefing and instructions at all times.
Liability
We take reasonable care in selecting the operators we work with and in the accuracy of what we publish. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of the operators who run the activities, for weather, sea conditions or other events outside our control, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our own failure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Content on this site
Some photography on this site is representative stock imagery rather than photos of the specific cove, venue or vessel described; we're replacing these with our own photography over time. Venue names (including nightclubs) are used to describe where we can book tables; their trademarks belong to their owners and no endorsement is implied. Site content is ours or licensed to us — please don't reuse it without asking.
Complaints, law and disputes
If something isn’t right, message us on WhatsApp or email info@onemoredayevents.com and we’ll do our best to sort it quickly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law gives you one.
