On the Panorama building above Puerto Portals. Infinity pool, sunbeds and Bali beds looking over the marina, and a proper kitchen behind it — so you can make a whole day of it rather than just an afternoon.
Cala Estància · Palma
Sunbeds, pool & late bar
Built out on a rock outcrop with water on three sides, ten minutes from the airport side of Palma. Pool ringed with beds, and it runs late — the music builds through the afternoon rather than stopping at six.

The international name, on the bay at Magaluf. Daybeds around a single pool and a crowd that turns up for the brand as much as the beach. Minimum spends apply on the beds and they are not small — we confirm the number before you commit.
Port d'Andratx · Cala Llamp
Terraces, sea platform & restaurant
Cut into the rock above Cala Llamp, west of Port d’Andratx. Terraces step down to a swimming platform over deep water, and it is the quietest of the five — the drive out filters the crowd on its own.

The unbuttoned one. A beach bar rather than a members’ club — sunbeds on the sand, straightforward food, and the west-facing angle that makes it worth staying for the sunset. Cheaper than the rest by a distance.
How the booking works. Tell us the date and how many of you there are. We come back with what is available, what it costs, and any minimum spend on the beds — in writing, before anything is held. Nothing is paid through this site.

Yes — Nikki Beach is on the bay at Magaluf and is the best known of them, with daybeds around a single pool and a minimum spend on the beds.
Most people asking this actually want the quieter end. Ten minutes along the coast, Portals and Illetas give you the same sea with a calmer crowd. We will tell you honestly which suits the group you are bringing rather than sending everyone to the same place.
For a sunbed midweek, usually not. For a daybed, a group of six or more, or any Saturday in July and August, yes — the good beds go days ahead.
Sunset slots book out first because everyone wants the same two hours.
Gran Folies if you want space and quiet, Lobster Club if you want a full day with lunch, Nikki Beach if the group wants a scene, Il Chiringo if nobody wants a minimum spend.
